Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Deposits

Deposits may be required for certain jobs, parts, or bookings

Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has been scheduled

If a booking is cancelled before any costs are incurred, a refund may be considered
3. Completed Work

Once work has been completed and approved, refunds are generally not provided

If you believe work has not been carried out to a reasonable standard, you must notify us within 7 days of completion
We will assess the issue and may offer:

A re-visit to correct the problem
